    On Tuesday, I crossed something huge off of my bucket list: make granola. That doesn't seem super exciting, BUT IT IS! I have been writing "make granola from scratch" on my list of goals for 3 YEARS now. Why did it take me so long, you ask? Laziness. So I did a little research on granola making, since it was on my list of future food, and discovered that it is stupidly easy to make and that I already had all the ingredients.     Recipe Testing

    I recently had an awesome opportunity to test a couple a recipes for a cookbook set to be published next spring. What a blast! I was thrilled to be picked as a tester, and I got to make and eat something I have never tried before. Anyone ever made short ribs? It's not hard, but it does take a long time.
